Find-me/follow-me is a package of two closely related business phone services that are often sold and installed together. Find-me services automatically route incoming calls to a given location. How Does Find-Me/Follow-Me Call Forwarding Work?

This technology enables incoming calls to “find me” and deliver those calls to any location, while the “follow me” provides the ability to receive calls at any number of your designated devices. Your “follow me” phone number is routed through a list of numbers you choose (cell, home, office, etc.), in your preferred order, until the call connects to you.

If incoming calls are not answered within a specific number of rings, they are instantly transferred to the voicemail system. Callers are prompted to leave voice messages, which can be retrieved later, at your convenience. This technology is a type of VoIP call routing and can connect callers to you on any device with an active phone number.
