Challenge: A lady who owns a huge salon had one receptionist and no phone system. She has fourteen stylists and a big facility. Every time the phone rang at the front desk, the receptionist would have to leave her station and walk around to find the person who the phone call was for. The receptionist was always running around and never at her desk, and phone calls and walk in clients were regularly missed. The lady who owned the building and the business wanted a way for the calls to come in and be routed to the appropriate stylist’s cell phone, so that the receptionist could stay at her desk. If a stylist wants to transfer a call to another stylist, they just press the # key and the person’s extension and the call is easily transferred. After hours, the Auto-Attendant is programmed to not ring their cell phones, but to direct clients to leave a message which is delivered via .wav file in their email.
