Challenge: A Hawaiian company with an 808 phone number needed to establish a phone number in California immediately because they were expanding their business to the mainland. They had a certain jewelry that was beginning to become popular in Los Angeles and their website was flooded with questions about where people could buy the jewelry. They decided to open a Los Angeles store in the future, but in the interim they wanted to appear as though they had a California office. They called AccessDirect to see if they could get an out of state phone number that would somehow ring their office number in Hawaii and make it look like they had a Los Angeles local number.
