Today, we’re spotlighting our newest employee: Ryan Hawks!
1. How long have you been with AccessDirect? I have been with AccessDirect since mid July of 2013. I applied for the position via email to John, and was immediately contacted based on some of my recent experience with building WordPress websites, and past knowledge of SEO and Social Media marketing, as well as sales experience. It was a situation of the right place at the right time, and has been a really great fit thus far. We are looking forward to launching the new website before the end of the year.
2. Tell us about a few of your hobbies.
Hobbies…hmm, well, I used to play golf weekly, and got pretty good at it at one point, but more recently my 1 year old daughter has been more of my focus. She’s awesome! 3. What’s the best part of your job? The best part of my job would have to be helping customers that call in looking for quality phone solutions, and being able to help them get things set up quickly and the way that they want them the first time. 4. What are your plans for the holidays? Mostly to relax and not look at a computer screen for a couple days…that’s actually probably a little far-fetched, I will most likely be working to get the new site completed and ready to go.
