AccessDirect is happy to welcome Andrew Kinskey to our team! He was kind enough to tell us a little bit about himself for our latest Employee Spotlight.
- When did you start with and what attracted you to AccessDirect?
I started with AccessDirect in June of 2020. I enjoy working with technology and people. I’ve always preferred working for a smaller company that provides outstanding service to their customers. Telecom has always been a part of my life, so it’s only fitting that I work here. - What’s your favorite part of the job?
It’s a great feeling to address the pain points of a small business and be able to provide virtual phone service solutions while relating to our customers. It’s also rewarding to provide excellent customer service and make the transition from an existing service to AccessDirect a painless process.
- What are some of your hobbies outside of the office?
I consider myself an active weekender. You can find me with my friends trying out new restaurants for brunch, hosting get-togethers and playing pool. I also like to watch cooking videos on YouTube and hope to become a BBQ expert one day. - If you were to start a business of your own, what would it be?
A non-profit organization network that provides access to essential items for the homeless and less fortunate. A downloadable phone app would map the locations of donation centers, making it easier for everyone to give back to their community.
