Challenge: A potential customer called wanting a local virtual number and voice mailboxes for five insurance agents. The agents wanted a professionally recorded voice for each of their mailboxes. They all had separate numbers (Cell Numbers) and they were moving into one brick and mortar office, and they didn’t want to have to get phone lines installed. They wanted to receive calls from clients on their cell phones, because they were not in the office all the time, but they wanted to look unified and professional.
Solution: AccessDirect provided the insurance agents with a main local virtual number. When customers and clients call the number, they hear a greeting which gives options to choose which person they wish to contact. The client is then transferred to the appropriate person. The insurance agents chose the option to have their clients announce their name when they accept a call. The agents can answer their calls wherever they are, and they have a main number that they all share. Their voice messages go to email in wav.file format, so they can click and listen on their smartphones.
Results: The insurance agents are always on the go and very grateful that AccessDirect was able to give them a united front. They love that they can be free to work in and out of their office. They are saving rent because they are sharing the costs, and they are saving money because they didn’t have to install an actual land line. They are also extremely pleased that AccessDirect recorded each of their personal greetings, as they feel it adds a professional touch to their business!
