Challenge: A potential customer called with a small furniture refinishing service. Sometimes he received overseas calls from customers with unique needs. He asked me for a toll free number for US customers and a local number for customers who lived outside the US. He wanted to know when his customers were calling and be alerted, so he could manage his schedule more effectively.
Solution: AccessDirect set the customer up with a Direct Receptionist Package. His main greeting gave several different options of services which customers could specifically choose, and leave their inquiry. The messages are then emailed to the owner of the store in .wav file format so that he can receive the messages directly from the client who is interested in the particular service.
Results: This solution worked out perfectly for the customer’s business. The small business virtual receptionist saves time and money for him. He had a way for his customers to leave voicemails whether they were calling domestically or if they were calling from overseas. The messages from the virtual receptionist are delivered via .wav file and the shop owner can listen to them at any time of day. If he needs to, he can schedule work on Saturdays because he is immediately notified when inquiries are made. This gives the customer a lot more freedom.
